BluRithm provides mobile DEXA body composition scanning in the San Francisco Bay Area. We come to your workplace, gym, or event with our mobile lab and scan you. Then we walk you through your results.
Our scans are for wellness and informational purposes only. We're not doctors. We don't diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or provide medical advice. Your DEXA results are one piece of your health picture — not the whole picture. Always talk to your doctor before making health decisions based on your scan results.
Our founder is an ACSM-certified exercise physiologist with 20+ years of experience. He provides expert interpretation of your results from a fitness and wellness perspective, not a clinical one.
DEXA uses a very small amount of radiation — less than you get from a day of normal background exposure. That said, we don't scan anyone who is pregnant or may be pregnant. Please let us know before your scan.
Book through our website. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee since we've already driven our mobile lab to the location.
If we need to cancel on our end — equipment trouble, weather, anything like that — you'll get a full refund or we'll reschedule at no cost.
Payment is due at the time of your scan. Multi-scan bundles expire 18 months from purchase and can't be transferred to someone else. Prices may change, but any bundle you've already purchased will be honored at the price you paid.
If something went wrong with your scan experience, reach out within 7 days and we'll make it right. For unused portions of multi-scan bundles, we'll work out a fair prorated refund.
Be honest about your health history. Tell us if you're pregnant. Show up on time — our schedule is tight, especially at corporate events. And use your results wisely: they're a tool, not a diagnosis.
Everything on our website — the design, articles, graphics, all of it — belongs to BluRithm. Please don't copy or reuse it without asking.
We do our best to provide accurate, high-quality scans and thoughtful interpretation. But we're a wellness service, not a medical provider, and we can't be held liable for health decisions you make based on your results. Our total liability for any issue is limited to what you paid us for that specific service.
These terms are governed by California law. Any disputes would be handled in San Francisco County courts.
